Thanks to Bob Terenzoni and his team of experienced carpenters, we are living in our dream home. We used them twice. The first phase was a family room addition. Two years later, to raise our roof for a second floor addition. On both occasions, the construction process was well within the proposed timeframe and we stayed on budget. We were so impressed with his lift system and how fast his team worked when raising our roof, enclosing the second floor within just a few days. Most second floor additions require you to relocate during construction. With Hi Tech's lift system, we were able to stay in our home. This was extremely helpful. With two boys in school as well as their busy sport schedules the construction went on and our lives were not interrupted. We would highly recommend Hi Tech Dormer for any home addition project.
